Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

EFT is a form of energy psychology incorporating methods from Ancient Chinese Medicine and modern-day Applied Kinesiology. It shares the same principles as Acupuncture working with the electrical energetic blueprint of the body – the meridian system.


The energy within each meridian registers emotions, feelings and sensations so the meridian system and our psychology are intimately linked.


Each session involves gently tapping a sequence of energy points on the meridians with the fingertips and using EMDR (eye positions). This rebalances and stabilises disruptions stored in the energy system and  releases unwanted emotions, allowing an inner sense of calm.


EFT can resolve emotional distress very quickly – creating freedom from emotional problems or issues that may have troubled you for years.
